Here’s a list of the books that need to be read by the start of the school year.

The goal of the Albert Einstein Academy is to prepare all students for success in academically rigorous four-year colleges and universities.


Leadership

Fostering an awareness of the importance of public participation, all students at the Albert Einstein Academy will have the opportunity to participate in student governance through regular meetings of the entire school community.


Foreign Languages

= Foreign Languages

Einstein students will study Hebrew, Spanish or Arabic for a minimum of four years. A second language may also be taken, choosing from among Hebrew, Spanish, Arabic, Latin or Greek.


Lifelong Learning

= Lifelong Learning

A supportive and stimulating school environment will enable Academy students to become increasingly independent learners, encouraged to become deeply and personally involved in their work, to feel not only accountable, but engaged.

Success in today’s world requires an education that provides each individual with critical thinking skills, excellent academic preparation, and comprehensive cross-cultural awareness.


Interdisciplinary Curriculum

= Interdisciplinary Curriculum

An interdisciplinary program, aligned with the California content standards, will enable Albert Einstein Academy graduates to enter postsecondary education with a breadth of knowledge across disciplines.
