Dear  AEA Families!

Everyone at the Academy is very excited to begin our new school year. We have over 230 students enrolled and our strong faculty and administration are excited to teach your students this year. It’s amazing that our families receive this top-notch education without the price tag of a private school.

The Annual Gift Giving Fund is the most essential fundraising effort at any charter school and involves all members of the community. Its impact touches all aspects of our exceptional program, providing resources and opportunities that would not otherwise be possible. We rely on state funds to support our programs and these are sorely insufficient. It is the thoughtful and generous donations from parents that supplements the budget and allows AEA to continue to deliver the challenging curriculum and supportive environment we expect for our school.

Every penny of your contribution benefits our CAMPUS and is tax deductible. Don’t forget you can double your donation with corporate matching!

Last year’s donations helped to fund many improvements & curriculum enhancements such as providing bus transportation to the park, PE equipment and classroom supplemental materials, and this year we would like to knock it out of the park and offer many engaging and exciting opportunities for our scholars.

This year our Annual Giving Campaign will run from Sep. 1st – Nov. 30th and our goal is to get 100% participation from all AEA families. To achieve our goal, we are asking you to consider a donation of $600 per student, which can be paid as a one-time donation, or in 10 monthly payments of only $60 per month. This comes to $3.30 per school day (less than the price of a cup of coffee at Starbucks) and, at the very least, you won’t have to hear us asking for the annual gift donations again this year; that alone may be worth your contribution. For families that can give more, that would be amazing and help our campaign do even more! PLEASE, pledge your financial support today by completing the Annual Giving Opportunities form and turning it in at the front office or going online to the donation section of the school store at: to make either a one-time payment, or set up monthly contributions.
