Welcome to the admissions page at Albert Einstein Academy for Letters, Arts and Sciences.  Our goal is to make the application, admission, and enrollment process at the school easy to manage for all families, both new and returning.  Should you have questions at anytime during this process, please feel free to contact the school and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that the admissions process differs somewhat for current students versus those who are applying to the school for the first time.  These differences are discussed in detail on the procedures page and are summarized here for your convenience:

Procedures for New Students Applying to the School

  1. Complete an application and submit to school prior to March 15th
  2. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of spaces for any grade a random, public lottery will be held at the school at the end of March
  3. Random Public Lottery:  March 29th, 4:00 p.m. – applicants do not need to be present and will be notified if accepted
  4. Those students who are not accepted via lottery will be placed on a wait list in the order that their name was chosen
  5. Students who have been accepted are notified by mail and are sent an “Intent to Enroll” form and a timeline of upcoming deadlines and events
  6. “Intent to Enroll” forms are due back to the school by April 30th
  7. New students are then sent a link and password to “enrollmystudent.com” where important information must be submitted to properly enroll the student at the school
  8. Families must then complete the registration packet (available online April 30th) and return to the school prior to May 15th
  9. Mandatory Information Night at AEA for all students (and at least one parent/guardian) at 7:00 p.m. on May 10th

Procedures for Returning Students

  1. Complete the Re-Enrollment Application and submit to school prior to March 15th to secure your space the following year
  2. “Intent to Enroll” forms are hand carried home on Friday, April 13th – these are due back to the school by April 30th
  3. All returning families must then complete the registration packet (available online April 30th) and return to the school prior to May 15th
  4. Mandatory Information Night at AEA for all students (and at least one parent/guardian) at 7:00 p.m. on May 10th
We realize that the admissions process can sometimes be confusing as well as stressful.  Please know that we are available to answer any questions that you may have.
